The units and the facility itself are very clean and well-kept. And they truly do have the cleanest bathroom I've seen at any storage place. There are plenty of carts to help with load-ins, but access into the building takes a little maneuvering around the safety poles. Ryan is super helpful and professional. So far, so great! **Update: After almost a year at iStorage, I'm still very satisfied with the cleanliness and accessibility of the facilities. And Ryan's customer service is outstanding! He is pleasant and helpful, and he makes you feel like he and iStorage truly value your business. Highly recommend!
