Prime Storage

I could never get a hold of anyone at the location. I always had to speak with someone at the call center. And would leave messages for them and never heard anything back.

Ez like Sunday morning with a friendly staff. Clean property. Everything was as they said it’d be. Much appreciated!

Prime engages in what I would consider willfully deceptive business practices. For starters, they require you to pay them a premium for "insurance". When I sent them a copy of my homeowners insurance policy, with a section clearly covering remote storage facilities, they just said "no" and continued to charge me this BS "insurance" premium. Also, a standard practice for them is to give you 2 months to move all of your items into storage, to then send you an email informing you that they're raising the price of rent by 15%. This isn't a letter that all renters got at the same time. It isn't that they HAVE to raise their prices. Each renter gets this email after just long enough to fill up their units. It's carefully calculated, it's dishonest and I don't appreciate it.

Needed to get a storage for work, walked in and was greeted by a virtual assistant Jorge S. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Made doing the walk through to see the unit and then completing the transactions super easy and fast. I was completely done and ready to move stuff in about 15 mins. Definitely recommend the easiest storage rental I’ve done so far.
