The facility and services are good. The reason I am only giving them 2 stars is for chicanery. They lured me in with what was apparently a "teaser" price, and then ONE MONTH LATER, they jacked the prive wayyyyy up...from like 130 to 170 dollars! Of course, the 170 is close to what other storage places are posting, so what Prime probably did was give me a lowball offer to lure me in over their competitors, then instantly reset the price once they had me.
