I wish I could leave zero stars. BE CAREFUL!!! I moved out of my unit yesterday at 5:00 and they charged me an entire month's rent late last night. They say that they don't do refunds. You would think that they would be more ethical.

We've been renting a unit for a year and we are quite satisfied. The one time the gate malfunctioned, the manager addressed it immediately. The other place we rented from always had a broken gate I also changed how I paid my invoice and was unsure if she received the payment. She responded quickly. The price is lower than other places, too. I've recommended locknstore to many of my clients.
