Started out at $140.00 a month at the start of 2023, they have through multiple increases raised it to over $250.00 a month for an 80% price increase in 3 years.. 80%.. I've also had multiple payment processing issues, just yesterday I was under the impression it was paid when I got a notice at 1a.m. the payment did NOT go through, went to pay it again on their website and saw they had already charged me an additional $44.00 for that. My $140 bill at the start of 2023 is now $297.00 today... if you rent here, do it short term only. If you stay here they will hit you with price increases every 6 months.
