Fort Knox Self Storage

This was not a pleasant rental experience. The front desk attendant seemed uninterested in helping and appeared to expect that I would simply drop the vehicle off without a proper check-in—which is unacceptable. Additionally, the vehicle needed new front tires and was not very clean. This review is edited because I spoke with the manager and she explained that they are just rental for U-Haul, but this still doesn’t justify the way I was treated. Nevertheless I will rent again but only going directly through management.

Helpful staff and relevant on-site products such as locks & boxes at reasonable prices. Gated after hours access also helpful.

Fantastic experience! Kim was very much helpful and knowledgeable about what was needed to make the whole moving effort a great experience. Thank you and I will not hesitate to use their services again and recommending the service to others.
