Nice out-of-the-way location to store or travel trailer. Mostly a positive experience. Negatives are: you have to access the site through the parking lot of another business; occasionally congestion in the parking lot interferes with access. Also, occasionally the access gate malfunctions. Expect annual increases in rent.

Very convenient for us. Price seems to be about market rate for the facility . I would like to see all the abandoned cars and other items cleaned out. The grass mowing seems to have improved over the last couple years.
