Everything is broken, the gate out front the gate to get into the garage, not only that they raised the prices... how are you going to raise the price of our units when Everything is broken all the time.

So I met Heather yesterday and we hit it off! She’s wonderful and I’m sad she’s leaving but today she was super helpful w the codes and doors. I’m glad she was there to assist! The place is clean and very nice. Thank you for the warm welcome.. yes Heather was great. However there were several people Living in their storage units. Couple times after hours I’d find people wandering around and pungent smells of pot. One guy was riding on a bike thru the place!!! And the elevator closest to my unit- moving out was a task- it had been out for quite a few days. Staff are helpful tho

Booked a storage here and the first day the key fobs broke. I told the female Manager that i had lots of heavy things; She could’ve can down and manually opened the garage. Instead she made up carry beds and furniture from the front of the building to the basement smh. There are 4 bathrooms in the building. The ones in the storage aread says locked after business hours but really they’re locked at all times. There is no customer service so if anything goes wrong after hours you’re screwed. I give this storage a 1 star for bad customer service and discriminatory practices because of the bathroom situation. It’s cheap but the service isn’t too.!
