I only put one star because it has no option to put zero stars or negative stars. This place is horrible. They jack your rent up you Rent if you are a loyal customer so all newcomers that come in pay less rent than a loyal customers that’s been there for years I don’t even have the biggest unit and I was paying two times the amount of what their biggest union cost per month. They claim it’s like an apartment they have to increase the rent their managers act like they help but they refuse to do anything or could contact corporate especially when they see a person being Robbed But no worries I will find a new storage I wonder if corporate knows they have people sleeping in those units outback and they don’t do nothing about it but they’ll overcharge you.
