We had a wonderful experience with Chris, the Facility Manager of the family-run Warm Springs RV & Mini Storage. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely supportive. Chris made a stressful transition (moving out of state) feel much smoother. He was always responsive, clear, and thoughtful in every interaction. The storage units are insulated, which was perfect for protecting our belongings and our Braxton Creek Free Solo Din RV (17 ft long and 11 ft high) from the Vegas heat. Our unit was 10 ft wide and 30 ft long, with a 15 ft high garage door and 20 ft high ceilings. It had outside access, providing great convenience and flexibility. We parked the RV inside while still having plenty of room to add shelving and neatly store my teaching supplies in the back. The garage-style access made it easy to hitch the RV directly to our vehicle. Other tenants are respectful, and the management team keeps the facility feeling safe, clean, and well-maintained. Their security features—including alarms and gated access—help ensure belongings stay protected and attract responsible renters. You can access your unit every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., which gave us the flexibility we needed. Throughout every interaction, you can truly feel the warmth and kindness of this family-run business. Chris’s helpfulness and personal care made this storage unit a true gem. Although we’ve moved out of state, the years we spent as patrons were nothing short of wonderful. Thank you, Chris, and the entire Warm Springs RV & Mini Storage team!

Excellent RV storage - we used them for 10 years.

What an awful experience. We were looking to store our rv for a couple of months in this facility so we called multiple times this morning, no response. A very rude person calls me back and asks me very aggressively why I’ve been calling so many times. I told him because nobody was picking up and I’d like to know if they had any availability. He proceeds to tell me “no we don’t have any availability” with the worst attitude and hangs up on me. I would never trust my vehicle in a place like this where the workers can’t do their job.
