I rented two 10x30 drive-up units at Green Valley Storage for close to three years, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The facility is quiet, well-maintained, and I never had a single issue the entire time I was there. The large garage-style doors made access easy, especially when loading and unloading larger items. While the units aren’t climate-controlled and can get warm during the summer months, that’s to be expected in Southern Nevada—and with the low humidity here, it wasn’t a concern for anything I was storing. What really stood out was the management. They were consistently helpful, easy to reach, and even answered calls after hours when needed, which is rare these days. It made the whole experience feel reliable and stress-free. Honestly, this is the first time I’ve ever been a little sad to leave a storage unit—but it was simply time to move on. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.
