Do NOT park your trailer here unless you’re prepared to lose it—and then be treated like you’re the problem. When my trailer was stolen, the office didn’t just refuse to help; they literally hung up on me, dodged every responsibility, and blamed a manager they had already fired. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Zero concern for their customers. Refused to give me the surveillance footage, said they could only release it to the police. Came to find out they had no footage because the cameras were not working. This is, without question, the worst storage facility in Las Vegas. It’s unbelievable that a business run this poorly is still operating. This company is joke and the joke is on you if you rent from them. I have every text, phone call logs and police report if you doubt my review. Of course you don't remember. The lot used to be full but now it's empty. Wonder how many got stolen.

New ownership and prices keep going up. The place is clean and secure.

Under new management. Not big on customer service, not big on communication , will change due date & rental rates at will!! If you have other options this should be the last place you come
