If I can give this storage place no stars I would! I have held my storage for a little over a year, within the first 3 months they increased my price $15, then every 3-4 months it continues to increase $7 more! I knew something wasn’t right. I called asking a general question about the pricing of my unit and the associate told me I was paying well over the amount for the size of my unit, and that I would be entitled the difference from the increase and my current rate would be adjusted. The associate assured me that the notes would be on my account and someone from the accountant department would reach out to me. It has been over a month no one reached out to me. Also, note my number changed, I updated my phone number online and over the phone. I called the storage again regarding my situation and the gentlemen by the name of Case assured me once again like the other associate that someone will call me and it will be handled. I called back again 3/24/26, only to speak with a “assistant manager” Jessica. She claimed her district manager reached out to me using the number online file. I asked her did you read the notes? Because my new number is in the notes, you know why her response was? “No it’s not there” when in fact you are lying. How do I know she’s lying? I explained to her about my situation and she said, one second let me look over your notes. Ma’am whatttttt??? So if you can see everything that was notated on my account about over paying, how come you couldn’t see my new number. Smh. Then she said she adjusted my rate which was still wrong and I asked you looked over the notes, so why isn’t the price being honored? Then I am owed the difference from over paying within the year of 2024-2025. She said they are not obligated to refund because of the error as the storage price fluctuates. I understand it fluctuates, but not to no damn $15 then $7 every 3 months when the space is posted at $52!!!! Poor service!!! I will be reaching out to the head office over them. Absolutely disappointed.

Great location, space is optimal and staff is super cool. Helped correct my lease on the spot!

Best storage place in town by far! Great customer service, and Jessica is the light of the whole place. Definitely recommend Jessica for any needs
