Prepaid April weeks ago but knew I might be moving out in March, so provided move out notice. It's still 6 days before March ends and went to get my money back for the April month I Prepaid. Rochelle refused to give me my money back until I closed out the unit, robbing me of my 6 days of storage. She literally could have pressed a button and returned my funds, but refused to do it. That kind of checked out laziness is why people don't want to do business with you. If I'm not staying April, you refund my fees IMMEDIATELY and DO NOT demand I close my unit down first. Don't punish people who pay early. Now I'm contacting corporate so I can get a refund for March too, since you ripped me off a week storage. If you've checked out and don't want to do your job anymore, Rochelle, then quit. I've also spent an hour waiting to make a payment while she was helping someone at the desk, and even though I was waiting for help, she still took payments and assisted people who called in, while not helping the only other customer inside the store. Rochelle, you were given the opportunity to return my funds the right way yesterday. Now I'll be contacting your superiors. Wrong one to play games with!

Good warehouse, clean and well-maintained storage units, convenient access, and the front desk staff are often on site and very helpful
