I recently rented a unit from Lake Norman Storage. The process was smooth, and Mark was very helpful in deciding what unit was right for me. I moved out of two units, after paying August 30, today is the 14th and there is no prorated refund for moving out early. Please beware they keep your money after moving out early.

We have had our unit for a long time, and we have always had a great experience and great service! They are on the ball and quick to help if you run into a problem. We are finally moving out and Mark was so nice that he almost made we want to keep our unit! Definitely recommend this facility!!
