Cannot be happier with the level of service, convenience, facility, and ability to meet my needs, sometimes at a moments notice! I store my boat and two trailers at this facility, and the maintenance of the facility is immaculate, and even when I'm the one that created my own issue, they are prompt with response and quick to repair (anybody else ever hit a light switch with a trailer?!) I've worked with Kim the most, and she's incredibly quick to respond and meet my needs in whatever fashion they are able. I greatly appreciate the friendly voice that's willing to help *and* come up with creative solutions to my storage needs on a regular basis!
