Cardinal Self Storage - West Raleigh

I had contacted Lisa about storage solutions in early December. She was so personable and knowledgeable about the units, size to my needs. When I finally moved in, Lisa could not have been nicer, I came over right away and she was so efficient in getting me set up - making sure my gate code worked and escorting us to the space. What a great experience and exceptional customer service. You can't help but pop in to say hi when you are there. Truly a great experience and I would highly recommend.

Great location near RDU

Family owners - Lisa has been fantastic. I’ve had many experiences with storage facilities over the but none as good as this one. They answer the phone, do what they say, keep the facility clean and safe and once it’s time to move my stuff out it was so easy working with Lisa. Thank you for the great experience Lisa.

Frank and Lisa (a husband and wife team) have managed this location with style and grace for many years. FREE TRUCK RENTAL (* move-ins only, you have to fill up whatever gas you use ) You might need to check back often for available units. because of how great the staff at this location treats their cutomers.

Our storage rentals began as short term solutions and became yearly necessities. Sharon and Rick were the first managers during our tenure with Lisa and Frank being our final facility service providers. Both were outstanding communicators, personable and problem solvers. After many years we recently found a home for all our storage belongings and said goodbye to Lisa who helped us to transition numerous details that made our exit much easier. We chose this Cardinal facility because of location, variety of unit sizes, clean and monitored facilities with terrific customer service. I highly recommend West Raleigh Cardinal Self Storage.
