I'm forced to give them one star. ATTENTION: The cameras on this property only record for 4 days. This is not helpful when a crime occurs. False advertising and questionable employee integrity. They advertise security cameras, but anything about "surveillance" being advertised is entirely true. My personal property was stolen from my unit. Management, Sonny in particular, was very nasty and mean when I asked about any security footage. They advertise that they have security cameras, but will not try and help you if something happens. Sonny was nasty to me and I was taken aback by his defensiveness...or maybe it was guilt? I never accused anyone of anything so I was absolutely confused. I simply asked how far back the security cameras go so it could be figured out who entered my unit and stole my property. Do not store your possessions here if you have anything of value. When I came to my unit after not being there for more than a month, my unit had a yellow hang tag that only management has access to. It was suggested that maybe the culprit was from their office.

So far so good. Went in today to get my unit, Ralph was great! Super nice, fast, friendly and extremely helpful. Got me exactly what I needed.

My experience at Jimmy's was top notch! I had a unit reserved at a nearby Uhaul storage building. The Uhaul unit had bugs and I refused to move my furniture in there. I had a truck full of furniture and no storage. I called Jimmy's and I was told to come on by, they had a unit available for me. They were so helpful, gave great service and literally saved my day. I highly recommend them!
