Rodent problems and constant rate increases. I rented a climate controlled storage unit for over 3 years at this facility. My rent cost increased over 300%. I called and asked for a reduction since online there were multiple units available same size as mine for half the price. I was told no. They weren’t even willing to take off $10 a month. Fun times moving out- they have a rodent problem. Multiple containers show that rodents were attempting to chew their way into my items.

Friendly staff. Location is close to where I live. Never an issue here, so I can rest well at night knowing my stuff is safe. Thank you
