My grandmother has had her storage here since 2005, and in the past 3 years they've raised prices almost 300% they don't contact when there is a price hike and it's not been updated in a way that benefits customers in almost 20 years. EDIT yeah, check out all the comments below regarding how they handle complaints. Not the only one who has had a bad experience and still no resolution in sight.
