I had my cell phone then ourselves stolen twice. I was living with my boyfriend mother kicked out her home. She was refusing me any of my mail. I took sick in October. It was being septic from skin wound that left me in possible need of amputation of my right hand. I then got COVID from seeing my mother whom was sick. To which lead to helping them coming down with branckitic. Still my right hand &arm plus my left wrist not healing from a man attacking me. Police report filed. Proof of hospital multiple visit. All ignored with not reached 60 days start of lose to not even 67 days late with my payment,emails,phone call,text message all to stay update and incontact to help by keep all my contact information up to date. To which the two managers both knew all details above still they sold all my life long personal unit of storage I held for over two years and almost ten months. Jamie aLea Batey

Great customer service and response from Jake and his coworker.

On site Staff is very sweet but the company itself is awful. No concern for long term customers. No bathroom if the office is closed. Trash left for weeks outside or in the hallways. No respect for temperature or outside elements coming in. Would never recommend
