Impressive turnaround on maintenance. I was there yesterday and our normal access door was stuck locked, maybe from the cold. Called to just kindly inform them. Unexpectedly I was there again today and the door is fixed already.

Incredible. From DAY ONE. Walking into the office, it’s beautiful and so welcoming. Speaking with gentlemen inside I found out it’s a family owned and operated company. The pride they have in their business shines through the entire location. The facility is so clean and secure. Fence, gated access, cameras- I never worried about our fifth wheel being safe. The customer service was off the charts. They had such great communication, and you always got ahold of one of the three owners. It was never a third party ordeal. We ran into a little snaffoo when transport came to pick up our camper, and they stepped up, more than they had to, or were expected to. The experience has felt so familial. The price is more than fair for the peace of mind they offer. If we were still in the area, they would 110% be our go to for every storage need.

The absolute best storage facility!! I have been renting from this particular location for months and the customer service is beyond amazing, reasonable pricing and not to mention the units are all in great condition even the outside units!! I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY AND EVERYONE, THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING GREAT CARE OF THE FACILITY AND ME!!! 🙌🏾
