Difficult to deal with. Had a family feel when we started with them 3 years ago. Now you can't speak to a real person just AI bots. If anything goes wrong expect to get inundated with nasty texts and emails.

With the new automated telephone system I figure this might be the only way to have someone from corporate get ahold of me regarding my 100% rate increase, not to mention the multiple call backs that I have been waiting on for over a month from your CS team regarding my billing.

Overpriced. Horrible customer service. Never respond to calls or emails. And don't honor move out request. Ive been asking to move out for 3 months and they're still charging full month's rent each month.
