I am writing to share my recent experience with a storage facility. While the location was convenient for me, and I had been a tenant for five years, I recently decided to leave due to significant concerns with the current management company. The facility's condition has deteriorated considerably. There are numerous broken items in the storage area, and the roads within the facility are unpaved. After heavy rains, ditches form, and there appears to be no effort to maintain the property. This can be particularly challenging for those driving large rigs. Furthermore, the management company has a practice of raising rent without prior notification. My rent was recently increased by 65% without my knowledge. I am now no longer a tenant at this facility and am relieved to have moved my belongings.
