Great company, just make sure before you accept your spot, you have the correct size. It does take a bit if you picked the wrong size to get the right one.

I've been using this place for about a year and outside of the gate not always opening on the first attempt through the app, I have had no real problems. I have moved spots twice in the year I have been in there, upgrades, and both times the agent, Mike or Karen have been super helpful making it really easy. Updated review from 5 down to 2 stars. Now that I have all of my stuff out of there. It turns out that their prices change dramatically on you with very little notice. 5 days before the end of a month, I got an email saying my prices would be increasing. I am not naive enough to think prices will stay the same forever, but after about a year of no issues, they decided to increase my rent 56% trying to add an additional $1800/yr for a 12'/25' enclosed space. Thankfully, I was able to quickly find another place quickly but had to double pay for units while I made the transition. I fully expect some price increases, when reading reviews after they sent the increase I see that this is not an isolated technique. The owner even tries to blame Joe Biden and inflation for doing it in his answer to other reviews. I must have missed the 56% inflation on parking spaces. It isnt a bad place, just seems to be run by an idiot. When you cancel, they give you an automated attempt to stay for cheaper rent, which would still end up being a 35%-ish increase.
