Please don’t listen to a lot these reviews, some just mad over petty reason! If you want good service please contact Liz she is the manger of the Perrin Beitel location. I been customer for over a year now and I always deal with Liz.

This place made it very easy to rent. Go in the place is clean. The camera service is excellent security no problems no issues. Everything done on the same day. Awesome people to work with.!

I took back my 5 star review when I checked the unit itself.... one of the walls was so damaged and cracked that it looked as if it would crumble if you barely even touched it. There was a wet spot on the floor and so upon further inspection I looked up and seen a puncture hole in the ceiling and came to the conclusion that that was probably rainwater from the couple days prior. I couldn't bring myself to put any of my items into that unit. I thought I was getting a climate-controlled unit however after I had already purchased the unit they told me there was no such thing on that property so it was totally misrepresented online what does unfair and probably illegal and now I'm being told that they will not refund my money even though I did not even use the unit and I don't I do not plan to store any of my stuff there at all. I'm going to have to fuss and fight to get my money back apparently and if that doesn't work I will go to the Better Business Bureau I highly do not recommend this place at all they cannot even pass inspection I've been told so it was not Liz and Oliver that was the problem it was the place itself do not rent there
