StorageMart

I was looking for a storage closer to my residence and I knew Storage Mart was close by. I called for a quote on a storage unit and it was much cheaper than I was paying a Public Storage so, I got a unit over the phone. On the day that I was actually moving my things to the unit I found that the roll gate didn't go all the way up, it was very dirty inside, and it was too small. I called to let the manager know and she gave me another unit. I sent my grandson to go look at it and he said it had a lot of leaves inside of it and was dirty. I called the manager again and this time I got a bigger unit inside and the manager gave me a discount on the price, which helped me out a lot.

The whole process was easy and the facility was clean, great management here

I wasn’t sure if I should get a unit here but Megan made the process real easy and broke it down for me completely. Awesome experience and awesome manager!!
