Nice storage facilities with a public access boat ramp (for a fee), a great picnic area and fishing spot (for a fee). The bait house primarily sells shrimp and has a few other doodads for sale at the cemheckout counter. Don't expect a full fledged tackle shop. It was a nice location to take the kiddo to fish for a little while.

I just came here earlier today and we launched our boat here. Everything is so super clean. They had fresh shrimp like this place is amazing. I can guarantee you that you will get good service if you launch your boat here for sure.
