I’ve been using this facility on Kempsville Road for my dive locker setup for Intracoastal Diving and couldn’t be happier. The units are clean, climate-controlled, and well-maintained—perfect for storing dive equipment. Access is easy and reliable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing secure, quality storage.

I am a customer with My Storage and it Is one of the Best storage units that I’ve ever been in. It has the best atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere I’ve ever witness. The two young ladies that work the front desk are absolutely marvelous and kind. They are always the same every time you enter the building. It is clean and it looks that way every time I come in there I’ve never been in a storage unit like it. I’ve been a customer here for about six months and I absolutely love it. I will tell all of my friends and family to come here. Again it is the Best storage unit in this entire area.

The facility on Battlefield boulevard is awesome!! Always clean I don't see any bugs in their facility like I have at lots of other facilities that I've used over the years, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable very helpful!! 🤗 I highly recommend this storage facility!!
