A cash cow facility. Money over all else. Under new ownership!!! (Greedy) -- new customers charged at "market value" [aka whatever we want to charge] -- another 8% ANNUAL increase and no property improvement, loyalty, Norfolk value. -- Prices increased ~45% for customers. (A unit half the size currently used is same price currently paying). -- HIDDEN COST of rental - mandatory renters insurance! -- Unit doors replaced without notice. All unit contents accessed by personnel and stangers/maintenance workers. (No security of personal items and strangers ability to take inventory of contents - expect theft?) -- no customer dumpster [FYI - national average for dumpster rental is about the price of 1 larger unit. OWNWER/MANAGERS do better!!!] -- insect and rodent infestation -- high cost for type of facility

Over the years I have delt with several storage facilities. My storage on nansmond prkwy is hands down my favorite. The staff is flexible and easy going.they keep the grounds clean,well lite and safe.i have zero complaints. The prices beat most other facilities and with there 24 hour access its more than worth the fee. Thank you for the service you provide.

Efficient, kind and easy to use! The staff is very friendly and willing to really explain anything! My unit was clean, bug free and no water leakage! Everything is user friendly and the whole time my stuff was there I had no issues! Even canceling my unit took 3 minutes MAX! Will use this storage unit place again in the future if I ever move!
