I have used other storage facilities in the past and whenI had issues with those places it would take multuple calls and time to resolve problems. But not this place. This place will answer phone calls with a real person on the first call. They keep the facility clean and secure. I highly recommend this facility.

I lòve 24/7! They simplify the entire process. It's good speaking with live people who are always pleasant. No automated system required. I'm always referring others in need of a storage facilities. The rates are great as well. I only wish for more locations in my area. Thanks guys!

hi i just want to say thank you to Carley for her patience and kindness getting me set up. when you think about it, she may be the only person i ever have to talk to since everything is automated nowadays.....so she just made you guys 5 star in my book! She was patience with an older gentleman trying to do stuff on phone and was so patient and kind. thank you Carley!

I’ve stored my belongings there during an emergency situation and they have made sure to always keep me informed on any changes. Great place to have storage.

Ok so, i decided to use this storage place on the word of a friend.. The process was very easy online. And when I made a mistake, they were very, very quick and helpful. Rectify it and refund the money that was code back to me. I mean, the guy called me. I. Didn't even really have to call him. So yes, I highly recommend this place as a better choice for storage
