Unfortunately, this company does not allow you to make partial payments.And they have no way to update their system to be able to help you as a customer, and they pretty much will tell you that the manager is unavailable to help you or they're gone for the day and there's nothing that they can do. Also they constantly repeat themselves that unfortunately, you either pay the full balance or you lose your things, not a company that I would recommend to store your things with.I would always recommend finding another storage company that will at least work with their customers and be empathetic to people's situation.

Well with the stress of moving and having to store away all your treasured possessions. Jack Rabbit made the process easy. My unit was clean, plenty of light and everything stays dry, very minimal dirt and dust. Lock was provided, easy directions to follow. Easy in and easy out. Process was contactless, but the one time I needed help, I was able to reach someone via phone call and resolved the issue. Thank you so much. Jack Rabbit been around a long time, always appreciate Witchduck location, growed up in Aragona. Lol 🤣
