Everything was going great until they kept having issues with access. I've been with this place for about a year give or take and I'm absolutely disgusted with it. Especially seeing as how I was restricted access to my belongings during regular access hours for almost 2 months because of their doors. I particularly use storage not just to store but to buy/sell/trade items as a supplemental form of income, with items at times being large and cumbersome. Essentially needing larger than normal entryway clearance and almost always outside of office hours.This is absolutely unacceptable and horrible business practice to keep paying customers away from their belongings for that long....
