Been called back twice to latch my unit, that I have only had a month. Girls at the desk mentioned that they have had issues with it and yet they don’t do anything about it.

Wow, I can't believe how incredibly rude the self-storage staff were. It's wild when people are so unhelpful, especially when you're trying to sort something out. And then to add greediness to the mix? That's just the worst combination. It really leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Honestly, customer service should be a priority, but it clearly wasn't in this case. It's a shame because a place like that can be so convenient, but bad experiences can really ruin it.

Lexy, who helped us with our last minute lease. She was competent, helpful, pleasant, and ON IT! best to her and your other very capable staff.

Nice facility, BUT, don't expect a monthly bill, you have to remember. Also, they will hit you with added insurance fees if you don't remember to send your updated insurance papers. They said they mailed paperwork, never got it. Said they emailed, never got it. Instead of waiving the insurance after I sent confirmation of insurance, they refused to waive the fee. They told me there was a bit of a prorated fee, which usually means they days covered by their insurance, no it means the couple of days the month before AND the current month. That's not what even bothered me the most, it was the dismissive attitude of the person I spoke to. Looking for another place that is up front about everything.
